From Lemon Garden to Table: The Premium Journey of BTH Seedless Lemons

At BTH Exports, we believe that a good product starts with dedicated care. Every seedless lemon we export from Vietnam is the result of careful cultivation, gentle handling and packaging according to international standards. Customers don’t just get fruit – they get our passion for quality.

1. Lemon Garden – Where Quality Begins

Lemons are grown in the fertile soil of Vietnam’s tropical climate, where the weather is ideal for year-round production. Farmers care for each tree using sustainable methods, limiting harmful chemicals, helping the fruit develop naturally, with shiny green skin and juicy flesh.

2. Harvesting – Timing is Everything

Lemons are hand-picked when they reach optimal ripeness – when the sweet and sour taste is balanced, the skin is firm. Harvesting takes place early in the morning to preserve freshness and reduce the heat in the fields. Only fruits that meet size and quality standards are selected.

3. Transport & Preliminary Cooling

After harvesting, lemons are placed in ventilated baskets and quickly brought to the packing house. The preliminary cooling process helps remove field heat, slows down the ripening process and extends the storage time.

4. Washing & Disinfecting

Lemons are gently washed to remove dirt and impurities. A food-grade disinfectant solution is used to ensure hygiene while still maintaining the natural shine of the peel.

5. Grading & Scoring – Accuracy Is Important

Each fruit is carefully inspected by staff and classified according to:

• Size: measured in millimeters

• Weight: each fruit

• Peel quality: smoothness, uniform color, no scratches

Grade A lemons are uniform in size, dark green, and spotless – suitable for the high-end market.

6. Packaging – Designed to Protect

Lemons are packed in sturdy, ventilated cartons (4.5kg or 5kg), or packed according to customer requirements. Each carton is labeled with the product name, origin, grade and storage instructions.

7. Cold Storage & Export – Cold Chain Commitment

Crates of lemons are stored in cold storage at 8–10°C before being loaded into refrigerated containers. This process ensures that the lemons arrive at your port still fresh, juicy and ready for consumption.
At BTH Exports, every lemon tells a story – about care, precise handling and a commitment to bringing the flavors of Vietnam to the world.
